use a combination of our standard fittings and just need a special length or color. Or
maybe you require special threads, brackets, die-castings, dual-flex combinations,
or CNC machined fittings. We can do all this and more. While customizing
is possible with sufficient volume or budget, we can often create “specials”
from our wide array of components designed for past projects to help keep costs
down.

HOW THE CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS WORKS
To get started, download our
FLEXIBLE ARM DESIGN GUIDE. Study
the options available and fill out the sample questionnaire below, which incorporates
images from the guide. Tell us as much as you can about your application. Sketches
or photos can be attached so we can understand your needs better!
If the project is not possible, beyond our capabilities, or too small to be economically
viable we will inform you right away. Otherwise, our engineers will contact
you to resolve any details, propose a design for you, and quote sample or tooling
charges. Sometimes it’s necessary to repeat this process a few times
with modified samples until the design is finalized and working just right for you. Then
a final production quote is prepared, and your product design can become a reality!
